I stayed for three nights in a Standard Queen Room. Clean, spacious room and a well-equipped kitchen. Close proximity to Universal Studios and restaurants added convenience, though the water pressure was a bit low at times. Overall a good experience!

It was just a balanced option for a city holiday in Burbank with good value for price. I had no hot water for two mornings, but the staff apologized and did their best to assist. Make sure to check the water situation if you have early plans.

The Family Studio was super spacious and felt brand new. Clean everywhere except the blinds, which made me think about other hotels' curtains! Loved having three beds for my teenage boys. The kitchen was a bonus. We didn't use the bus line but it's right there for Universal. The only bummer? The pool isn't heated.

great spot for weekend city adventures and landmark visits
During my stay, I loved the spacious Queen Studio which made for a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring nearby attractions like Travel Town, just a 25-minute walk away, and enjoying a nice meal at Donut Prince just a few steps from the hotel. I felt like I could really relax and unwind in a welcoming atmosphere. The pet-friendly environment and pretty courtyard were also great features for those looking for a chill vibe as they discover the area, but I did feel that the bathroom could use a bit more space for toiletries and clothes.
